Prior to founding PACT, Christian spent 24 years at Goldman Sachs, where he served as the Global Co-Head and Investment Committee Co-Chair of the GP Stakes and Seeding Business (Petershill). During his tenure, Petershill raised over $10 billion of capital across several GP stakes funds, launched a seeding strategy, completed over 30 investments in private market firms, and created realizations through several creative and innovative transactions.

Earlier in his career at Goldman Sachs, Christian created a direct lending program specifically designed for insurance companies and was a senior member of the Secondary Private Equity Team (Vintage). Prior to Goldman Sachs, Christian worked at McKinsey and Salomon Brothers. Christian earned a B.S. in Finance from Wharton and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Prior to founding PACT, Brian spent 10 years at McKinsey & Company, where he was a Partner in the firm’s Private Capital Practice. At McKinsey, Brian served the private markets ecosystem, including private equity and real estate firms, limited partners, portfolio companies, and technology and services firms. Brian led the practice’s research and communications efforts, chaired the editorial board, and hosted McKinsey’s private markets podcast, Deal Volume.

Brian’s career began at Cambridge Associates, where he advised endowments, foundations, and family offices; he later co-founded the investment office at Boston University. He earned a B.A. in Economics from Middlebury College and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he graduated as a Baker Scholar.

Prior to founding PACT, Jon spent eight years at GTIS Partners, a global private equity real estate firm, where he most recently served as Chief Financial Officer and oversaw fund finance, operations, corporate accounting, tax strategy, and financial planning.

Prior to GTIS, Jon spent 12 years at Goldman Sachs in the Alternative Investments and Manager Selection group, managing the business infrastructure of the private equity platform, including accounting, operations, portfolio monitoring, and performance analysis.

Prior to Goldman, Jon conducted financial audits for asset management clients at Ernst & Young LLP. He earned a B.S. in Finance from Penn State University, an M.S. in Accounting from Notre Dame, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
