Prior to founding PACT, Brian spent 10 years at McKinsey & Company, where he was a Partner in the firm’s Private Capital Practice. At McKinsey, Brian served the private markets ecosystem, including private equity and real estate firms, limited partners, portfolio companies, and technology and services firms. Brian led the practice’s research and communications efforts, chaired the editorial board, and hosted McKinsey’s private markets podcast, Deal Volume.
Brian’s career began at Cambridge Associates, where he advised endowments, foundations, and family offices; he later co-founded the investment office at Boston University. He earned a B.A. in Economics from Middlebury College and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he graduated as a Baker Scholar.
