Brian O’Callaghan is the CEO of CPI, a boutique executive search firm focused on serving investment firms and their portfolio companies. Brian founded CPI 30 years ago to help investment firms and their portfolio companies hire and retain talent, assess internal issues and analyze growth opportunities. Brian is also the Co-Founder of CPI Capital Services (“CPICS”), which co-invests with independent sponsors, and the Autism Impact Fund, a healthcare VC firm.

Prior to founding CPI, Brian was a Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle and an Analyst at Morgan Stanley in Real Estate Investment Banking.

Brian earned a B.A. from Denison University, where he studied Political Science and played Football and Lacrosse.
