Signe is a senior associate responsible for fundraising, investor relations, marketing, and strategic initiatives. Prior to joining PACT, Signe was a business development associate at Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, where she evaluated new platform opportunities and supported thesis development efforts across select technology sub-sectors. Previously, she served as a private equity product specialist and co-investment lead on the Investor Relations team at BC Partners.
Signe began her career as an investment banking analyst at Deutsche Bank. She earned a B.A. in Political Science from Davidson College.

Sheila Garcia

Sheila is PACT’s office manager and executive assistant. Prior to joining PACT, Sheila was an executive assistant at Vista Equity Partners, a global private equity firm. Sheila’s responsibilities at Vista included providing support to personnel at various levels, calendar management, facilitating international and domestic travel arrangements, office upkeep, and event planning.
Prior to Vista, Sheila held similar roles at The Blackstone Group, Schroder Investment Management, McKinsey & Company, and BlackRock Financial Management. Sheila earned a B.A. in Financial Economics from The City College of New York.

Lindsey is a senior associate on the investment team. Prior to joining PACT, Lindsey was a private equity investment associate at Summit Rock Advisors, where she evaluated and managed LP investments across a range of private strategies.
Previously, she was part of the External Investing Group at Goldman Sachs within Petershill, the GP Stakes and seeding business at Goldman Sachs. Lindsey earned a B.S. in Engineering Science from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Rrezarta Krasniqi Maslinka

Prior to joining PACT, Rrezarta spent three years at Hunter Point Capital, where she most recently served as controller and oversaw the finance, accounting, and tax functions for the firm’s funds and management company.
Prior to Hunter Point Capital, Rrezarta spent six years as a controller at AEA Investors. Earlier in her 20+ year career, Rrezarta worked in the private market funds group at BlackRock Centinela Capital Partners, a fund of funds, and in the audit group at Deloitte & Touche. Rrezarta earned a B.B.A. with a Major in Accounting from PACE University.

Alex is a principal on the investment team. Prior to joining PACT, Alex was a vice president and senior deal lead at Petershill, the GP Stakes and seeding business in the External Investing Group at Goldman Sachs. During her time at Petershill, Alex was responsible for underwriting both stakes and seed transactions across various sectors, including technology, industrials, private credit, and infrastructure. She participated in multiple portfolio realization initiatives, including Petershill Partners’ public listing in 2021, and she led a securitization of one of Petershill’s funds in 2025.
Earlier in her career, Alex was an investment banking associate within Goldman Sachs’ Financial Institutions Group, focused on asset management and fintech clients. Alex earned her B.S. from Cornell University and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.

Brian McNamara

Vice President
Brian is a vice president on the investment team. Prior to joining PACT, Brian was the head of private credit manager selection in the External Investing Group (“XIG”) at Goldman Sachs. Brian was a member of the private credit investment committee and was responsible for leading XIG’s LP investments in third-party private credit funds.
Brian also played a leading role in the Goldman Sachs Senior Loan Program; a direct lending program specifically designed for insurance companies. Earlier in his career, Brian was a member of XIG’s hedge fund investment team, focusing on LP investments in event-driven and credit managers. Brian earned a B.A. in Economics from Williams College and is a CFA® charter holder.

Isabela is a vice president on the imPACT Platform team. Prior to joining PACT, Isabela was a senior engagement manager in McKinsey & Company’s Private Capital and Wealth & Asset Management Practices, where she was part of the GP Strategy service line and served investment managers with a primary focus on organic and inorganic growth across North America, Latin America, and Europe.
Isabela’s early career spanned investment banking at Morgan Stanley, corporate development and global M&A at BG Group (acquired by Shell) based in London, and macroeconomic research. Isabela earned a B.A. in Economics from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Aleesha is a vice president on the imPACT Platform team. Prior to joining PACT, Aleesha was an engagement manager in McKinsey & Company’s Private Capital Practice, where she served investment managers and institutional investors in North America, supporting their strategy, operations, investment diligence, and portfolio companies.
Previously, she worked at GiveDirectly and in investing roles at Bain Capital and GSV Ventures while in business school. Aleesha earned a B.A. in Ethics, Politics, and Economics from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Prior to joining PACT, Jonathan was chief financial officer at GTIS Partners, a global private equity real estate firm. Jonathan’s responsibilities at GTIS included oversight of fund finance and operations, corporate accounting, general partner reporting, tax strategy, and financial planning and analysis for the GTIS management company.
Prior to his time at GTIS, Jonathan spent 12 years as a vice president in the External Investing Group at Goldman Sachs. In this role, Jonathan was responsible for overseeing the business infrastructure of the group’s private equity platform. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Jonathan worked at Ernst & Young LLP, where he performed financial statement audits for clients in the asset management space. Jonathan is a Certified Public Accountant and earned a B.S. in Finance from Pennsylvania State University and an M.S. in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.

Prior to founding PACT, Brian was a partner in McKinsey & Company’s Private Capital Practice, where he served GPs, LPs, and portfolio companies throughout his 10-year tenure. Brian also led McKinsey’s research and communications efforts in private markets, and in that capacity, he was the chair of the Private Markets Editorial Board, a frequent author and speaker on industry trends, and the host of McKinsey’s private markets podcast, Deal Volume.
Prior to joining McKinsey, Brian began his career as an LP, first advising endowments and foundations as a consultant at Cambridge Associates and later helping to found the investment office at Boston University. Brian earned a B.A. in economics from Middlebury College and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar.

Prior to founding PACT, Christian was the global co-head and co-chair of the investment committee of Petershill, the GP Stakes and seeding business at Goldman Sachs. Under Christian’s leadership, Petershill successfully raised several successive GP Stakes funds, launched a seeding strategy, invested over $7.5 billion of capital across more than 30 private market transactions, publicly listed part of its legacy portfolio, sold multiple individual investments, and raised investment-grade debt for one of its funds.
Earlier in his career, Christian was a senior member of Goldman Sachs’s secondary private equity team and led the creation of the Goldman Sachs Senior Loan Program, a direct lending program specifically designed for insurance companies. Prior to his 24-year career at Goldman Sachs, Christian worked at Salomon Brothers and McKinsey. Christian earned a B.S. in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Prior to joining PACT, Jemma spent 14 years at Goldman Sachs, where she served as global head of commercial strategy for the Alternatives Capital Formation business. She led client strategy, product prioritization, and go-to-market campaigns across the firm’s multi-strategy alternative investments platform.
Previously, Jemma was global chief administrative officer of Platform Solutions and global co-head of strategy for the Consumer and Wealth Management Division, focusing on innovation and long-term growth initiatives. She also built and led Launch With GS, a $1 billion initiative to invest in companies and fund managers with diverse leadership teams. Jemma began her career advising family offices and ultra-high net worth individuals and on customized cross-asset solutions. Jemma earned a B.A. in International Relations from Stanford University.
