Sherwood Dodge is a financial services executive who, in his 40-year career, has had senior operating and investment roles with ADIA, GE Capital and Chemical Bank (merged into JP Morgan Chase) in the UAE, the US, the UK, Korea, and Thailand. Most recently, Sherwood was the Global Head of Private Equities at ADIA, where he was instrumental in setting and executing a new strategy and overseeing investment teams focused on private equity and private debt investment initiatives.
Prior to ADIA, he spent 27 years at GE Capital, where his roles included CEO and Board Member at Hyundai Capital Services and Hyundai Card and CEO of GE Equity, where he led the private equity and corporate development activities of GE Capital Americas. Sherwood began his financial services career with Chemical Bank in 1983, where he was a corporate lending officer.
Sherwood earned a B.A. from Denison University, where he studied Political Science.
